A prominent healthcare institution in Swindon is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Fellow ST3+ in Stroke Medicine to join a dedicated team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative ST3+ to join our existing team as an ST3+ Registrar to help shape the service we offer to our stroke patients, who we care passionately about. We are continually looking to develop flexible and creative ways of working and would relish the opportunity to explore the skills and ideas potential candidates could bring to our steadily expanding team. We always promote professional development and are keen to nurture personal interests which candidates may have.

Management and Leadership Responsibilities:All staff in each Directorate are managerially accountable through their Lead Clinician and to the Associate Medical Director, who has overall responsibility for the services within the Directorate. Clinical Fellow ST3+ level doctors are key members of the Directorate team and are accountable and responsible for following the changes to service that will improve the patient experience set out by senior members of the team.
