As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the 89-bedded, Residential, Nursing and Dementia Home. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families, while also leading and mentoring your team to strive for the best possible care. The role involves a mix of supernumerary shifts and nursing shifts, with a requirement to work alternate weekends. A driving license and access to a car are also required.
