Overview

Exciting opportunity to join the East Locality as a Clinic Healthcare Support Worker (HCA). The role supports non housebound patients requiring complex clinical interventions beyond practice nurse criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality care to patients within health centres, following care plans and implementing care.
  • Work as part of the integrated Multidisciplinary Team under the Clinical Team Manager, collaborating with GP’s, Tissue Viability and Vascular clinics.
  • Provide holistic care to individuals, promoting health and independence.
  • Travel between clinic sites (full driving licence and car preferred but not essential).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in wound care, particularly leg ulcers, compression therapy, lymphoedema care and catheter care.
  • Willingness to undertake training and development to achieve competence.
  • UK right to work or eligible visa route; visa sponsorship only for Band 3+ non‑clinical roles as per Home Office regulations (not applicable to this role).
Working Hours and Travel

Monday – Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, no weekends or bank holidays. Full driving licence and car is preferable but not essential.
