A leading environmental charity based in London is seeking a part-time Climate Action Advisor Project Assistant. This role involves supporting project management, creating actionable documents for schools, and engaging with various stakeholders. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Flexible working hours are available, offering a hybrid model for better work-life balance.
You will report to the Climate Action Advisor Project Manager and work with the Climate Action Advisors located across England and the project team.
Position: Climate Action Advisor Project Assistant
Location: London/Hybrid
Hours: Part-time, 3 - 5 days per week with flexibility
Salary: £30,619 per annum
Contract: FTC until October 2026

Interviews: First interviews take place online on Thursday 16 October. Second interviews take place in person on Thursday 23 October at the office in Victoria. The organisation will reimburse candidates for their travel.

The processes uses Applied, a behavioural science-backed recruitment platform that reduces bias, improves quality of hire and increases diversity. You will be asked three work sample questions which will be scored anonymously by the recruitment panel along with a redacted version of your CV. Once all the applications are scored, the team make a shortlist for interview.
