As a Client Solutions Specialist at Navro, you will be our clients' trusted technical and product guide. You'll work closely with them throughout their journey, from the first sales demo to their successful launch.
Your mission is to understand their pain points, design a comprehensive solution using Navro's platform, and prepare Navro's Implementation team for a smooth functional integration. You will be the customer's expert voice inside Navro, working across all our internal teams to share feedback and help shape the future of our product.
Technical Curiosity & API Familiarity: You don't need to be a developer, but you must have experience with (or a strong understanding of) APIs. You know what a JSON payload is and can comfortably read API documentation.
Clear Communicator: You can discuss technical solutions clearly with both clients (from developers to non technical stakeholders) and internal teams.
Proactive Problem Solver: You are solution oriented and relentlessly seek the best path forward for the client and for Navro. You don't wait to be told what to do.
Customer Facing Potential: You might not have formal "pre sales" experience, but you have a passion for working with customers, managing projects, and helping people succeed.
A "Learn it All" Mindset: You have a genuine passion to learn, grow, and dive deep into the complexities of the payments world.
