The agency is known for combining technical expertise with creative innovation, producing installations that enhance customer experiences and bring marketing campaigns to life. This role focuses on managing major accounts from initial concept through design, delivery, and post-installation support. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Flexibility is key, as you'll be required to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe and adapt to changing project timelines.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple client accounts to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including on-site installations, construction projects, or live activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Contribute to creative discussions, supporting the development of digital content and installation concepts.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress and account activity.
  • Support long-term account growth and strategic planning.
What you'll need
  • Proven experience in hands‑on project delivery, preferably in construction, installation, or field-based projects.
  • Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and third‑party vendors on site.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting to clients or agencies.
  • Experience managing key stakeholders and building strong professional relationships.
  • Passion for technology and its use in retail solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with commercial and financial awareness.
  • Ability to plan strategically while managing day-to-day project delivery.
  • Flexible, willing to travel and work at client sites, including remote locations.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Enthusiasm for branding and creative development from concept to delivery.
  • Creative flair; portfolio welcomed.
  • Background in digital design, advertising, or retail store projects.
  • Experience with web-based content management systems.
  • Understanding of retail operations and trading.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Quick learner, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
