• Minimum of 5 years' combined experience in claims, legal, or insurance.
• Proficient in all core claim types for cross-class claims.
• Experience handling motor and/or casualty claims.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze client MI.
• Provide outstanding service to clients, addressing queries.
• Support the Client Account Manager with forecasting.
