A leading wealth management firm in Bristol is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their top-performing Relationship Management team. The role involves managing client queries, executing trading and transfers, and maintaining compliance with documentation standards. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position within investment management or private banking. The Client Services Executive will sit within a top performing Relationship Management team for a highly prestigious Wealth Management firm based in Bristol.
The Client Services Executive will be dealing with client queries including day to day account opening, trading on portfolios, payments, general investment administration e.g. processing asset transfers / cash transfers.
The Client Services Executive will diligently monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from clients accounts; taking trade orders on portfolios and executing the trades.
Recording all money movements on a daily basis and reporting weekly funds.
The Client Services Executive will assemble all necessary documentation for Client Meetings, not limited to presentations / meeting materials / review documentation and confidential information;
Preparing new and maintaining existing private client files, including scanning and filing client documents, maintaining these to the companys standards and ensuring they are compliant.
Data-inputting in the CRM system ensuring information is correct and entered properly.
Possess a minimum of 1-3 years' experience, in a similar Client Services or Client support within an Investment Management company or Private Bank.
