Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Client Services Administrator in Essex for an established financial services business. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, serve as the main contact for clients, and require excellent organizational skills. The role includes diary management, producing reports, and handling client communications. Salary is between £28,000-30,000pa, with working hours from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. This position is contractual for 6 months, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role, ideally in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth running of the office: stationary checks, managing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Main point of contact for clients, both face to face and virtually.
  • Diary management and arranging review meetings with clients.
  • Producing annual client reports for meetings.
  • Running Adviser's back-office system.

Location: Ipswich Outskirts (A12 Corridor)

Contract: 6 month, potentially ongoing, January start

Salary: £28,000-30,000pa

  • Producing Annual Client Reports for Meetings
  • Running Adviser's back-office system
  • Sending Letters of Authorities for Clients to the relevant providers and collating required information on plans and policies
