Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Operations and Portals Executive to support the Client Portal product while contributing to project activities. This role includes administration, technical support, and stakeholder engagement for delivering high-quality client experiences. The successful candidate should have CMS experience, strong technical skills with SharePoint, and excellent communication abilities to manage both internal teams and external partners effectively. This is a permanent position based in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Good understanding of information architecture and UX principles.
• Strong experience applying best practice and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, build, and management of the client portal product.
• Manage the release cycle for Atlas updates.
• Engage stakeholders to configure bespoke Client Connect Sites.
• Deliver Atlas technical training to colleagues within DACB.

Skills

Content Management System (CMS) experience

Technical understanding of SharePoint/Atlas

Information architecture knowledge

UX principles understanding

Strong IT skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
