  • Coordinating the client onboarding process.
  • Updating and maintaining client files.
  • Managing shared inboxes and overseeing diary scheduling.
  • Supporting billing activities.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
  • Overseeing the office filing and document management system.
  • Assisting with the filing and distribution of documents.
  • Producing professionally formatted letters and reports.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support.
