Job description

Client Manager – Invoice Finance North West – CBCRS

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established Client Operations team for one of the most progressive SME Invoice Finance companies in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a portfolio of key clients, ensuring the provision of high-quality service and associated financing at an appropriate fee structure while maintaining the security of the finance made available.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Surveying prospective clients and assisting Business Development in establishing facilities for new clients.
  2. Acquiring new business through relationships with clients and their advisors.
  3. Visiting existing clients as per company guidelines and security or relationship needs.
  4. Negotiating changes in terms and conditions with clients and advisors.
  5. Monitoring clients' legal documentation and financial covenants, ensuring compliance with Credits Committee requirements, and administering the facility.
  6. Recommending and implementing solutions to financial or administrative problems.
  7. Making prepayments to clients following approvals and procedures.
  8. Providing clients with appropriate service levels to maximize client retention.
  9. Participating in training sessions as required.
  10. Performing any other duties assigned by the Directors.
  11. Monitoring client security and analyzing financial statements.
