As our new Client Integration Analyst in the Client Integration Team team in London, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.

In this role you will get the chance to work on front-end systems, ensuring a smooth and fast technical onboarding experience from testing in the sandbox to live. You are the key player in educating clients on how to best use our REST API, SFTP, and SWIFT systems according to the specific solution, products in scope, and needs.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

  • Be responsible for new clients’ integrations and technical onboardings
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure the integration needs and deadlines are met
  • Support clients with tech questions and troubleshooting when interfacing with our API and testing environments
  • Ensure our API and technical documentation is up to date and well understood by clients
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our products and solutions
  • Account and user setup within our internal platform according to client requests

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role within client integrations, technical sales or payment related product development. You have a strong interest in and knowledge of REST APIs, SQL and Microsoft suite and Payment channels and infrastructures As a person, you are a dependable and knowledge-sharing team player with a talent for educating, structuring and planning. You communicate to a high professional level and are in possession of strong relationship skills. Furthermore, you should be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and at the same time be able to deliver an outstanding client experience even under pressure.
