Qualifications

Client implementation Business Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a great job for someone who has an operational background within either Asset Management or Investment Banking.

A bit about the job:

We are seeking a Client Implementation Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the onboarding of new and existing clients. As the first point of contact with Aviva Investors operations, this role ensures a seamless integration of investment and operational requirements across internal teams, external service providers, and client stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of client, investment, and operational needs, collaborating closely with Sales, Legal, Investment Operations, and third-party providers to define and document onboarding plans. They will coordinate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on objectives and timelines, elicit and translate business requirements into operational workflows and investment setup specifications, and ensure all documentation—including IMAs, reporting templates, and legal agreements—is complete and approved prior to account inception. This role is essential in bridging client expectations with internal capabilities to deliver tailored onboarding solutions for complex investment structures such as segregated mandates and funds of one.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience with vendor management
  • Exposure to Legal documents such as Investment Management Agreements/ PPM
  • Excellent understanding of fund structures + assets + client types + distribution process + end to end processes
  • Experience with institutional clients, insurance companies, pension funds, or sovereign wealth funds
  • Familiarity with investment products such as separately managed accounts
