A reputable insurance company in Cheltenham is seeking a Client Executive to manage existing client relationships and ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for insurance, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment with flexible working arrangements.
We are seeking an ambitious Client Executive to join our Charity and Not for Profit team in Cheltenham. If you have a passion for insurance, this is the opportunity for you. As part of your role, you will have the important task of connecting with existing clients, ensuring all their needs for renewals, and mid-term adjustments are completely understood and addressed. This will involve finding the right coverages, offering competitive pricing, and providing outstanding service to clients and colleagues alike.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will be based in our Cheltenham office and ideally be onsite 2 days per week on average.
Ongoing account management and renewal for our existing portfolio.
Effectively managing relationships with key decision makers within our partnerships
Effectively managing relationships with external service providers
Exceeding annual targets
Engaging regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Quarterly MI meetings held with each partner
Travel to partner meetings and attend client promotional events
Working knowledge of all the main classes of general insurance and the CII’s Code of Ethics and GDPR.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand people and build rapport, adapt styles of communication accordingly.
Ability to exceed individual targets and deadlines as defined by the business plan.
Multi-tasking and organisational skills with attention to detail, quick assessment and effective workload prioritisation.
The ability to manage your own diary, working to tight deadlines with accuracy of work.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Cert CII an advantage or progressing towards the qualification.
