This role focuses on strategic opportunity development across existing and new clients, engaging at the C-suite level. The ideal candidate should have proven success in senior leadership roles within IT managed services, with excellent collaboration skills and strong commercial acumen. As Client Director – Managed Services & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for driving larger, strategic opportunities across both existing customers and net new prospects, working in close partnership with the Managed Services & Infrastructure sales team and representatives from other verticals.
This is an overlay role: you will not manage day-to-day accounts or renewals, but will instead bring senior-level engagement, strategic insight, and deal leadership to unlock transformational growth opportunities. You will also carry a small portfolio of key accounts, ensuring direct ownership of some client relationships and cross-sell growth.
In addition, if an Account Director (AD) leaves, you may be required to pick up their accounts on an interim basis, ensuring continuity of client leadership and commercial focus.
You will operate at C-suite and board level, positioning FluidOne as a trusted long-term partner, while enabling sales colleagues to expand existing relationships and win high-value new business.
This hybrid role is based in Sheffield, with flexibility for client site visits and remote work.
