A leading provider of sexual and reproductive healthcare in Reading is seeking a Client Care Coordinator. The role involves handling administrative tasks to support clients in their journey towards informed reproductive choices. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, and prior experience in a Contact Centre is desirable. The position offers comprehensive training in a supportive environment, ensuring all clients receive compassionate care.

Join our team as the first point of contact for our clients, where you\'ll handle a variety of administrative tasks including phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care. You\'ll have the opportunity to interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.
Join a supportive team, empowering clients with informed choices
In addition to working in a friendly and supportive environment alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, youll play a key role in helping clients make informed reproductive choices. Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential, as we offer comprehensive training in our Oxford Regional Treatment Centre to get you fully up to speed.
