We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Client Care Associate at our branch in Syston and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people to join our team. This is a part-time position working 16-20 hours per week.

The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day to day running of our busy reception area, providing a first‑class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, in addition to this, we will also support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability, as we believe in career development for all our associates.

Did we mention you also get the chance to cuddle the patients too!

  • Passionate about customer care, ideally with a strong customer service background
  • Ability to communicate with clients either face to face, over the telephone or through our online portal
  • Attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
  • Empathetic, approachable, friendly, with a positive attitude
