Job Description

Working closely with the Firm’s investment team under the direction of the Partners, a confident, proactive, and collaborative candidate is required with a flexible approach and strong interpersonal skills. Experience juggling a large workload and prioritising a high number of small but important tasks whilst remaining on the ball is key.

It is essential that they possess a firm grasp of the basics whilst also exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and dedication to the flawless delivery of all aspects of client services at the highest level; always willing to go the extra mile. With direct exposure to clients, they will be a natural ambassador taking great pride in their work, with thorough execution of tasks of all sizes with strict deadlines. Self-motivated, they must have strong follow-through skills and possess polished written and verbal communication, demonstrating emotional intelligence and conscientiousness.

Knowledge of financial services is highly desirable; however, a fast learner and solutions-driven candidate is equally advantageous.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Coverage – all aspects of client administrative support, including bank account opening, property purchases and financing, estate planning / structuring, post, travel and gifting requests, as well as varied ad-hoc project work. Oversight of client expenses. Liaison on all aspects relating to wealth management. Maintaining CRM systems.
  • Secretarial Support – proof-reading, preparing and formatting business documents. Compiling client communication materials.
  • Regulatory Compliance Support – offer regulatory compliance support, ensuring alignment with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and regulations, addressing client related enquiries.
  • Project Management – monitoring workflows and pushing forward action points.
  • All other ad-hoc administrative / operational duties, ranging from investment support to general errands.
Skills and Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, or Law from a reputable establishment.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience (excluding internships etc); financial services industry preferred but not a must.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements preferred, alongside other jurisdictions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proven ability of providing seamless support under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Calm and composed.
  • Proactivity: can multi-task, plan, prioritise and organise. Able to juggle a varied workload, meet deadlines, and plan ahead. Adaptable to change.
  • Superb English, proof-reading skills, exceptional attention to detail whilst always maintaining the highest standards.
  • Confidence in working across time zones.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence alongside exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desire to work in a collegiate and dynamic team, to be a true team player with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude. Collaborative with a can-do mindset.
