Client Administrator - Employee Benefits Manchester (hybrid working - office attendance as required) Full-time | permanent

We're looking for an experienced Client Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team in Manchester. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, providing high-quality administrative and consultative support, and helping deliver a first-class employee benefits experience.

Responsibilities
  • As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll support a team of consultants by managing a portfolio of client Employee Benefits, including Group Personal Pension (GPP), Group Life Assurance (GLA), Critical Illness Cover (CIC), Group Income Protection (GIP), Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Health Cash Plans (HCP), Dental and Travel Insurance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring their benefits are administered efficiently while supporting consultants in delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage and administer a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, working closely with consultants to ensure clients\' needs are met, including attending client meetings where required.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients; manage client affairs promptly and accurately.
  • Plan, prioritise, and organise your workload to meet agreed service standards.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
