Client Administrator – About The Role

In this role you will be working within a small team and will be required to deliver a first class service to a range of clients. This role requires a high level of organisation and your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing administrative support to managers, including detailed meeting pack preparation and client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of client correspondences using CRM systems.
  • To deliver the highest standard of client care both internally and externally.
  • Prepare/check outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, including confidential and sensitive information.
  • Diary management for senior staff.
  • Submit and progress client cases.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure meetings run according to plan.
The successful Client Administrator will have:
