About the role: Ensuring excellent customer service to Great Lakes clients and a high level of data quality when it comes to system maintenance and processing. Understand all of Great Lakes Insurance and Technical Accounting processes and build relationships between Technical Accounting and their clients (External and Internal). Understand our delegated authority model here at Great Lakes and provide clients with key support. Focus on the operational tasks within the RIA UK team. Produce high quality data and provide a high quality service to Internal and External clients, with appropriate escalation where necessary.
