Compensation:
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling all accounting for a diverse portfolio of 20-30 small business clients.
  • Performing general ledger transaction entry and reconciliation.
  • Preparing compiled financial statements, payroll returns, sales tax returns, and 1099s/W-2s.
  • Processing payroll for multiple companies.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor, managing client interactions and resolving day-to-day accounting needs.
  • Assisting with monthly close and financial statement preparation.
  • Utilizing QuickBooks and Excel to streamline accounting processes.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
  • Must have Accounting degree OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Public accounting or multi entity experience
  • ProficiencyQuickBooks and a working knowledge of multiple systems.
  • Strong client service and communication skills.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage competing client needs.
