Totum is working with a leading law firm to recruit a Client Account Team Leader for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Cashiering Team and act as the first point of contact for queries
• Oversee daily client account operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions, including bank reconciliations
• Monitor and authorise transactions, ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
• Help drive improvements through regular team meetings and process updates
