A healthcare provider in Scotland seeks a candidate to manage health records and facilitate patient appointments. Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate data in the patient management system. The ideal applicant should possess a National 4 qualification including English, alongside strong administration skills. This is a permanent position based in Glasgow with a flexible working location across the GGC area.

Shift pattern: Monday & Tuesday 8:45 am – 5:00 pm, Wednesday‑Friday 8:45 am – 4:30 pm.

This post supports effective clinical care by providing an efficient Health Records service to patients, medical and nursing staff. Responsibilities include:

Location: Initial base will be Glasgow Dental Hospital; posts are GGC‑wide and may be moved to any location.
