Cleaning Supervisor - Evening Shifts - Watford

Pay: £16.12 per hour (inclusive of £1.74 holiday pay)

Assignment: 2nd February - 28th Feburary

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday | 6:30pm - 10:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to support our client in Watford. In this role you will be required to lead a team of cleaners to prepare the spaces for the next day's operation.

About the role

• Supervise and lead the cleaning team
• Carry out site audits and daily handovers
• Ensure staff training and task completion (including CAFM updates)
• Maintain safe working practices, COSHH compliance, and incident reporting
• Oversee waste management and provide cover for absences
• Uphold company standards for appearance and uniform

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a cleaning supervisor
• Must be 18 or over
• Must have experience managing a team
• Must be able to commit to the shift pattern as stated on this job description
