Overview

We are expanding our business and are looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor, who will work alongside a cleaning assistant.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients
• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and safety protocols
• Allocate work duties when on site
• Inspect completed work to ensure high cleaning standards are met
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, including health and safety
• Address staff or client concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the directors
• Keep records of hours worked, incidents, supplies used, and tasks completed
• Open and lock up, holding keys (Where required)

Qualifications

• Be flexible with working hours between 7am-7pm
• Proven experience in a cleaning role with supervisory experience preferred
