An NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the cleaning services team. An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Estates & Facilities Cleaning Services Department as a Facilities Supervisor. The post holder will work as part of the existing Cleaning Services Management Team supervising a team of Cleaning Services Assistants in the provision of a high quality customer focused quality cleaning service. They will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation, control and training of the Cleaning Services Assistants to ensure quality delivery through direct supervision. There is a necessity to comply with the Trusts policies and procedures, and have an understanding of confidentiality.
