Position: cleaning operative
Location: RBAI belfast
Hours: 16hrs
Rate of Pay: £12.21
Experience Required: not required but will be favoured Enhanced Access NI is required before commencement

Main Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role holder will carry out set duties and create and maintain a quality standard of cleaning to the agreed specification within set time limits. They will ensure that exceptional service levels are provided to our client and customers.

• Carry out all cleaning tasks to a high standard and in accordance with Company and client schedule and procedures.

THE BASICS

• Ensure materials and equipment are used in a safe manner and are kept secure;
• Advise Line Manager of any occurrences and/or issues;
• Maintain, operate and test cleaning equipment/materials and report any concerns to Line Manager;
• Ensure all checklists are signed off as required;
• Comply with Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;
• Adhere to performance standards which deliver client and customer expectations.
