Role Overview

Job Title: Cleaning Operative (Daytime)

Location: Luton Airport (LU2 9LY)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Contracted: 48 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday (4 days on / 4 days off), 6.30am – 6.30pm

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Role

As a Cleaning Operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Overall cleanliness of your work site/location
• Removal of waste and litter
• General and specific cleaning tasks to meet the standards set by Sasse and the client, following job cards when applicable
• Adhering to supervisor’s instructions
• Operating under Health and Safety guidelines at all times

Essential Requirements

• Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites
• Full training and support will be provided by our team; no formal qualifications are needed
• Full UK driving licence (category B)
• Willingness to have the company obtain a security clearance certificate (must be able to demonstrate minimum 5 years work history); this will be paid for by the company
