A local charity hospice is seeking a part-time Cleaning and Catering Assistant to prepare and serve meals, and maintain cleanliness in the Warwick hospice. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, food safety knowledge, and a willingness to learn. This position offers 22.5 hours per week on a rota and includes additional benefits like increased pension contributions, annual leave, and wellness support. At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life‑limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much‑loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 25 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as a Cleaning and Catering Assistant.
You will be based at our Warwick hospice, however, you may be expected to travel to Coventry or Rugby on occasion.
This is a permanent, part time position, working 22.5 hours per week on a rota (which can include weekends and bank holidays).
This role will involve a standard DBS check, because it involves interacting with patients. We will arrange and cover the cost of this check.
