Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to support the delivery of high standards across the site, ensuring the team follows agreed procedures, meets SLAs, and provides an excellent customer experience.

Contract Details
  • Contract: Cleaning
  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 11 hours per week
  • Pay: 14.80
  • Location: Watford WD17 1JJ
Role Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day coordination of the cleaning team, ensuring all scheduled tasks are completed to the expected standard
  • Carry out regular checks of work areas, identifying issues and reporting them promptly
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to colleagues when needed
  • Ensure equipment and materials are used safely and are maintained in good condition
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
  • Assist with training, Health and Safety compliance, and completion of required documentation
  • Communicate effectively with the team, clients, and managers to maintain smooth operations
  • Step in to support cleaning tasks when required to ensure service continuity
