We are currently seeking to fill the position of Cleaner.

Details

Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools (ESMS) are recruiting for several part-time cleaning positions to join our friendly and committed cleaning team on a permanent basis. The postholders will work across the Queensferry Road and Ravelston sites.

Our cleaning team consists of 42 operatives, many of whom have worked at ESMS for over 15 years. Our teams are passionate, pioneering, and strive for excellence. We value the contributions of our employees to school life. We invest in their training and development and support their ambitions to help them flourish professionally and personally.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A paid week of 30 hours.

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Location: The postholders will work across the Queensferry Road and Ravelston sites.

Holidays: 25 days of annual leave plus 10 statutory days at Christmas and Easter, when the schools are closed. The holiday year runs from January to December.
