About The Role

Location: West Moors, Ferndown

Hours: Monday – Friday 04:30 – 05:45 or 19:30 – 20:45 (Key Holding Position)

Hourly Rate: £12.21

Responsibilities
  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Be inducted and trained within the first week; learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.

    Requirements / Qualifications
    • Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (or willingness to be fully trained).
    • Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
    • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
    • Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
