Uffculme School is looking for friendly, hardworking people to join our busy premises team. Our in‑house cleaning team are central to the ethos of Uffculme School and work hard to provide an exceptional cleaning standard. Visitors often remark on how clean and well‑maintained the school's buildings and site look.
The role involves cleaning designated buildings around the school. Day‑to‑day use of light and heavy cleaning equipment, chemicals, and cleaning tools will be required, along with PPE and thorough training. Some seasonal work around the outside of buildings may be needed, such as window cleaning at ground level, litter picking, and leaf sweeping around doorways. The role is for 41 weeks of the year, to be worked during term time, plus a week at Easter and two weeks in the summer.
