Overview

Job Title: Cleaner

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 15 hours per week

Location: CHP-Thames View Health Centre, Bastable Avenue, Barking, Essex, England, IG11 0LG

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order; meet all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, required schedules, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work effectively within a team and/or on own initiative, building positive and productive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
• Continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
