Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Ability to interact professionally with others.
  • Must have been continuously resident in the UK for 3 years.

Job description
  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 7am to 1 pm or 8am to 2pm. However, flexibility may be required to meet business needs.

Job Description:

As a Cleaning Operative at RAF Halton, Wendover, Aylesbury, HP22 5PG,you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services thatcontribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment. This role is integral tothe well-being of everyone on site, and you'll be an essential part of ourteam.You'll have the opportunity to interact with our armed forcespersonnel daily, making a real impact on their quality of life and the overallatmosphere of the location.

What You’ll Do:
  • Focus on the details: Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks with efficiency and precision, ensuring that every space is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Take pride in keeping all areas clean, safe, and healthy.You'll be expected to take full ownership of your work, ensuring the environment reflects your dedication to quality.
  • Collaborate with your team: Participate in daily huddle meetings, where you'll discuss priorities, share updates, and align with your colleagues and supervisors to deliver the best results.
  • Manage supplies: Keep an eye on stock levels and restock consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning supplies, and other necessary items to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Champion safety and well-being: Be vigilant about health and safety practices.If you notice anything that could pose a risk, whether it’s a potential hazard or an incident, report it immediately to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
