Responsibilities
  • Support students in managing behaviour, building confidence and making progress across the curriculum (Behaviour Teaching Assistant).
  • Provide guidance and encouragement to students with diverse learning needs as a Youth Worker.
  • Assist with academic progress and support as an Academic Support Assistant.
  • Assist in delivering lessons and supporting learning as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Help deliver high-quality physical education lessons, run extracurricular activities, and encourage pupil participation in sport as a PE Support professional.
  • Deliver teaching and interventions tailored to pupils' social, emotional, and mental health needs as an SEMH Teacher.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience or demonstrated suitability for roles within schools supporting students, including those with special educational needs or SEMH needs (varies by position).
  • Ability to work with students across different age ranges and adapt to school environments in North Yorkshire or surrounding areas.
  • Commitment to supporting students to achieve progress and participate in curriculum activities.
