Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking Class 2 Drivers (Cat C) for ad hoc shifts in Verwood, England. The role involves driving to various destinations, conducting vehicle checks, and logging routes electronically. Ideal candidates must possess a Full CAT C Driving Licence, a valid Digi Tacho, and a CPC. Previous class 1 experience is preferred. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete 15-minute vehicle checks before shifts.

• Cover ad hoc shifts between Monday to Friday.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers (Cat C).

This is for our client based in Bournemouth. It is imperative you have previous experience on your digi tacho in the last year. This is an temporary opportunity that could result in a ongoing work. You will be required to cover ad hoc shifts that could be any day between Monday to Friday

Minimum 8 hours pay per shift!

You will be required to complete your 15 minute vehicle checks, use an electronic system to log your route, drive the Class 2 vehicle to various destinations. (to be loaded or unloaded).

Start time: 06:00 to 08:00

Finish time: No finish time as start times differ, approx. 8 hours per shift

Pay rate: £16 - £18 per hour (Dependent on contract)

Minimum 8 hours per shift

Overtime available on certain shifts

What you need:

• Full CAT C Driving Licence
• Valid Digi Tacho
• Valid CPC
• Previous class 1 experience
• No more than 6 points on your licence (No DD/IN/DR)
• Willing and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients / customers.
