Job Overview

HGV Class 2 Driver – Home delivery. Base pay £16.00 per hour (£39,936pa). 48 hours per week, 6th shift OT only. Temp to perm, driver CPC training. Jan start – assessments required.

Home delivery of kitchens (physically demanding role).

Responsibilities

• Deliver kitchens in a 2‑man crew.
• Make customer calls with ETA, record deliveries.
• Deliver within the time window to the correct room.
• Scan all products.
• Call delivery support for any parking issues, keep a record.
• Be aware of vehicle cameras (7 cameras – 5 front, 2 rear).
• Unload at delivery point. Good timekeeping essential.
• Start time 4am‑6am, own transport required.
• Shifts up to 12 hours, average 48‑hour week.
• Maximum of 6 points; no DD, CU80, IN.

Bonus / Pay

Salary £39,936pa + up to £750 quarterly bonus. Bonus can be reduced by:

• Attendance
• Accidents
• Scanning
• Health & safety compliance
• Early/late deliveries
