Qualifications

• Current and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card.
• Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving legislation.
• Knowledge of the local region.

Job Title : Class 2 Driver

Location : Blackburn BB1 2 PT

Job Length : Permanent

Working Hours : 48 Hours per week. Working predominately on a Monday to Friday basis however flexibility required to work in 5 days in a 7 day period. Start times to vary from 5am onwards.

About the role

If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for multiple Class 2 Drivers . Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following :

Role Responsibilities

• Driving lorries up to 26 tonnes delivering stock to our customers.
• Supporting the Drivers Mates and Warehouse team in loading / unloading stock.
• Building brilliant working relationships with your customers and other departments.
• Using your knowledge of the local region to safely deliver on-time.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.
• Safely unloading stock at customers venues and reloading previously delivered empty kegs into dray

Experience and Key Attributes

• A current and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card.
• Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation.
• Knowledge of local region.
• Customer service
• Manual handling experience and / or training desirable however full training will be provided during induction.
