In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients and handle your own motor claims caseload from initiation to settlement. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are essential. A salary of £28,000+ is offered, along with paid overtime and full training in a supportive team environment.

As a Claims Technician, you will be the first point of contact for clients referred by our trusted partners. You will manage your own caseload of motor claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring each client is fully supported until they are restored to their pre-accident position.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and taking ownership of their workload.
