A leading healthcare insurance provider is looking for an experienced professional to manage claims data analytics. You will develop advanced analytical tools, drive data-led decision-making, and support a team focusing on performance oversight. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in private healthcare or insurance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. Do you have substantial experience managing PMI (private medical insurance) claims data or healthcare analytics? Are you someone with significant people management capability? We’re looking for people to join AXA Health’s Commercial team.
You’ll be accountable for developing and driving claims analysis of cost containment measures, identifying changes in condition, utilisation and provider spend. You’ll enable AXA Health to make claims data led choices to address key risks and opportunities, achieve significant cost savings and drive greater care for our customers. You’ll coach, mentor and guide your team in their professional growth, focusing on analytics and insight best practice methods.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at either our Tunbridge Wells or Bournemouth offices, visiting clients or attending industry events.
