You’ll enable AXA Health to make claims data led choices to address key risks and opportunities, achieve significant cost savings and drive greater care for our customers. You’ll coach, mentor and guide your team in their professional growth, focusing on analytics and insight best practice methods.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at either our Tunbridge Wells or Bournemouth offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop advanced analytical tools and reports to drive claims cost strategies, cost containment and new initiatives. Facilitate rapid deployment of these tools.
  • Direct creation of insights and models to identify trends, risks and market variations to ensure good claims performance oversight.
  • Share findings with leadership to promote data-driven decision-making and enhance claims management strategies.
  • Drive creation of claims intelligence and models, influencing business strategy through insights.
  • Offer transformation programme support, ensuring accountability in monitoring initiative performance, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Provide data and analysis to guide optimal clinical pathways, highlighting risks, underperformance and opportunities to improve the claims journey.
  • Offer senior guidance for AXA UK and AXA Group health claims projects, contributing to strategic planning and claims spend forecasting. Ownership and input to the Global Claims working group.

  • Competent in SQL, Python and Excel.
  • Outstanding relationship management, networking, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate within a high level of ambiguity.
