Claims Analyst / Administrator – a challenging and rewarding role with varied responsibilities. Focused on providing a first‑class service to beneficiaries and clients who are going through a bereavement, supporting claims processing within a master trust setting.
You will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding of clients to the master trust, processed in a timely manner while providing first‑rate customer service to both our clients and consultants.
The key part of this role is gathering information about the potential beneficiary to provide to trustees to make the final decision on where the death benefits should be paid. This information will be provided through written and verbal communication, with full training on handling difficult conversations and empathizing with the bereaved.
All MercerMarsh Benefits colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office‑based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
