Location: Sizewell C, Ipswich, Suffolk (5 days a week onsite) with occasional travel to other locations. Contract: Permanent, full-time. Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 per annum depending on experience.
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Controls Manager to join the Sizewell C (SZC) Project, one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes. This role sits within the Civils Works Programme (CWP), overseeing multi‑billion pound sub‑programmes and ensuring world‑class project controls across schedule, cost, risk, change, and reporting. You’ll lead a team of project controls professionals, drive innovation, and ensure integrated performance‑management information is delivered to enable successful project outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to work on a project that will power 7% of the UK’s electricity demand for the next 60 years.

Sizewell C is one of the most exciting and largest new megaprojects in the UK and will generate low‑carbon electricity for at least 60 years, supplying over 6 million homes and supporting around 7% of the UK’s current electricity needs. The project is funded under the Regulated Asset Base model and operates within a complex stakeholder environment.
