• Confident with RAMS and permits.
• Competent with programmes and accurate site records.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Run site operations to programme and budget.
• Lead HSE on site including inductions and audits.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tools, and materials.
• Produce progress reports and maintain site records.
• Drive quality inspections and documentation.
