A regional civil engineering contractor is seeking a Site Agent to manage project delivery across West Yorkshire for high-value infrastructure works. The ideal candidate has proven experience in civil engineering or highways projects exceeding 10m, alongside necessary qualifications. Qualifications

• Proven experience at Site Manager or Site Agent level on Civil Engineering or Highways projects over 10m.
• Site Engineer background is advantageous.
• Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 and cost control required.
• Must hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Full Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage project at all setup and site stages.
• Write and update site documentation.
• Control costs with QS.
• Attend and hold meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage Temporary Works.
• Oversee sub-contractors.
• Produce project and progress reports.
• Update H&S files and conduct audits.
• Coordinate the site team, including Foremen and Engineers.
