Qualifications

• 4+ years proven experience in land development.
• Experience in preparing General Arrangement plans and construction details.
• Capable of developing 3D skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare highway and drainage designs for private and adoptable works.
• Produce technical drawings for tender and construction purposes.
• Prepare technical submission drawings for S38/S278 and S104 submissions.
