CIVILS ENGINEER – BELOW-GROUND DRAINAGE DESIGN

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civils Engineer with strong expertise in the design of below-ground drainage systems to join our growing team in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving, delivering high-quality solutions, and working on a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed below-ground drainage designs (foul & surface water) for residential, commercial, and industrial schemes.
• Prepare drainage strategies, flood risk assessments input, and relevant technical documentation.
• Use industry-standard software such as MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, or equivalents.
• Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and clients to progress approvals.
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction.
• Ensure designs comply with current legislation, standards, and best practice (SuDS, Building Regs, Sewers for Adoption, etc.).

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
