Qualifications

• Must be a BACP / UKCP / NCS registered Counsellor with CISM qualification.
• Experience working with trauma and managing risk with client groups.
• Demonstrable experience in facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions.

• Undertake Critical Incident debriefings as part of the response team.
• Deliver timely and professional interventions to employees post-trauma.
